Poppinghole Farm Cottages are situated on a farm in rural Robertsbridge, in an area of outstanding natural beauty at the heart of Sussex countryside. It is close to many places of interest including glorious gardens, ancient castles and historic towns; Battle is 5 miles away, the Cinque Port town of Rye is only 11 miles, the seaside town of Hastings is 10 miles and cosmopolitan Brighton is 40 miles. The town of Royal Tunbridge Wells with its variety of shops is 20 miles and the cottages are within easy reach of London.
Poppinghole Farm Cottages are traditional Sussex-style, luxury cottages that can accommodate up to 6 visitors. There are 4 cottages available to let, all of which offer superb facilities to make your stay something special. All of the cottages have en suite bathrooms, open plan lounge and kitchen with oak beams, providing light and airy accommodation, sofa beds in the lounge area provide additional sleeping and a log burning stove, gives a cosy atmosphere for those chilly evenings. The fully equipped kitchens are handmade oak, with a microwave, ceramic hob, double oven, coffee maker and dishwasher. Additionally the cottages have a DVD player, IPod docking station with digital radio, Freesat televisions and access to WIFI Broadband. There is a laundry room with two washing machines and tumbles dryers available for visitors to use.
Facilities onsite include an indoor swimming pool, plunge pool, Jacuzzi, pamper room and courtyard. These superb facilities mean you will enjoy a stay anytime of the year. The self-catering cottages available are as follows:
East Barn –– 2 bedrooms which can sleep upto 6 – Light and airy lounge with doors leading to a balcony seating area overlooking the courtyard. The master bedroom is double aspect with views over the courtyard and farm beyond.

Old Spot – 2 bedrooms which can sleep upto 6 – Master bedroom has a traditional style wooden four poster bed providing a touch of luxury. Vaulted oak beamed ceilings throughout and a patio area looking onto the courtyard with central fountain.

Saddleback – – 1 bedroom which can sleep upto 4 – Vaulted oak beamed ceilings throughout and a patio area looking onto the courtyard with direct view of the central stone fountain.

Lover’s Retreat –– 1 bedroom which can sleep 2 – The ideal secluded cottage with outside patio seating area for a tranquil evening relaxing.

The rental charge includes electricity and heating, logs are an extra cost. Towels are changed on Tuesdays and Friday or Saturday, with a weekly bed linen change. A complimentary welcome pack is also provided.
